Whether you provide physical samples, existing parts, or digital dielines, we can manufacture the perfect steel rule die for your project. We prefer working with emailed .dxf files for exact precision, but if your product doesn't have an existing packaging design, we can create custom die layout line drawings tailored specifically to your needs. Frequently utilized by gasket companies and the paper box industry, our dies are fully customizable and can be ordered with or without ejection material.
Reknifing & Replacement Blades
Is your existing die board still in good condition? A complete rebuild isn't always necessary. We offer professional reknifing services to replace dull or damaged steel rule, saving you both time and money. Additionally, keeping replacement blades on hand provides a valuable lifeline, ensuring minimal downtime during manufacturing emergencies when a knife is unexpectedly damaged.
